Mo Farid
Mo brings a diverse set of experiences across all functions and in both smaller and larger organizations, all driven by a deep passion for customer service.
At Google, he served as a Product Manager with P&L responsibility for two products, including DSA, Google’s ads automation and targeting product, where he led initiatives that tripled the customer base. At SquareTrade (an Allstate company), Mo led Trust & Safety, overseeing both product and operations, successfully reducing fraudulent claims costs and improving the user experience.
He was an early employee at Varsity Tutors (NYSE: NRDY), where he built their B2B business, sales operations function, and marketing models. He began his career as a software engineer at various companies before joining McKinsey & Company as a consultant, where he became well known for his exceptional client service.
Mo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering (Co-op) from the University of Waterloo.
In 2025, Mo was appointed CEO of ExpensePoint (GlobalPoint Technologies Incorporated) following the company’s acquisition by MKF Growth in partnership with Sage Capital Partners Inc. Mo is working closely with the existing management team to ensure a seamless transition and continued growth.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mo is deeply passionate about science and disability rights. He serves on the Strategic Advisory Council of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, which has invested over $800 million in basic scientific research into retinal degenerative diseases. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Baseera Foundation for the Visually Impaired, an Egyptian non-profit dedicated to inclusion and accessibility. Baseera performs over 10,000 eye operations annually, runs two rehabilitation centers of excellence, and played a key role in advancing non-discrimination laws in Egypt.
Mo is also a gym enthusiast, foodie, and global traveler who has visited over 43 countries and lived in seven.

Noha has 15+ years in administration, office management & C Level support, in addition to customer service, in various industries; Telecoms, insurance, business consulting & Oil & Gas.
Before joining MKF Continuity, she worked with McKinsey & Company for 6 years, which was unique and a great learning journey for her, full of challenges as well as achieved milestones.
She is a frequent traveler, eager to explore cities & different cultures around the world. She is also a cycler, who cycled from Gothenburg to Hamburg and from Milano to Munich.
Noha spends most of her free time on the beach whenever possible, enjoying swimming under the sun.
Shady Tadros
Associate
Shady is an associate and experienced finance professional. He enjoys seeing his skills positively impact the lives of business owners and their communities.
Before joining MKF Continuity, he worked at Elves App, a fast growing start-up, for 4 years as a finance Executive, where he was responsible for preparing all financial, audit and investment material, while also working closely with the company’s operations to help streamline their process and enhance the operational efficiency of the company.
Shady studied at Grove City College in Pennsylvania, where he majored in finance and swam for the school’s varsity team. he is a diving enthusiast, movie buff, he enjoys pickup soccer nights, and always will be a swimmer at heart.
